Bike Ride in Thailand Jan 2016 (end of first week)

The days are hot, about 10 deg hotter than typical for Jan, in the 90s and that is in the shade. The sun is intense. Also, the distances are considerable, 55-70 miles a day, but the hills are rolling, not mountains. We are biking every day, no overnight rest days. Food is quite good and varied but I doubt I will gain weight, in part because this is not rich, caloric food, as long as not too much of the fried fish is eaten.

I won't show more fancy hotels, but we do reach a resort hotel about 3 pm and each is distinctive. I am going to show some photos, but info on them is sketchy, other than 'town temple.' All I can say is that the photos below were taken in Thailand.
